Terms and Conditions
The tour operator MOTO TOURS & TRAININGS SRL , a travel agency with registered office in Corbeanca, Soseaua Unirii 181A, Ilfov, Romania, registered with the Trade Registry of Bucharest under no. J23/113/2024, Sole Registration Code 49375623, legally represented by Raluca Dragan as Administrator.
- Booking This Service
Reservation of the tour will be done by payment of the required deposit mentioned in each tour offer. Based on the payment, an invoice will be sent to you via email within 2 working days. The deposit is required at the moment of booking. The rest of the money will be paid with 60 days before the tour start. Reservation of the tour is made based your signature on the booking form accepting these Terms and Conditions as a biding contract between MOTO TOURS & TRAININGS SRL and you, as a client. - Motorcycles.
In case a participant rides his own motorcycle, no payment related to his motorcycle (insurance, gas, repairs, etc…) will be done by MOTO TOURS & TRAININGS SRL .
In case the participant wants to rent a motorcycle from Motorcycle Hub SRL, then he/she must pay a safety deposit of 1000 – 2000 Euro at the beginning of the motorcycle rental period. The deposit will be held until the motorcycle is returned undamaged and in good condition. The deposit will be refunded after establishing that the motorcycle was returned in good condition. All motorcycles are insured with Third party liability insurance and Comprehensive vehicle insurance. The rental period is not interrupted due to damage to the motorcycle or the inability of the participant to ride the motorcycle. The participant must have two years old driving license.
III. Changes, Refunds, and Cancellations
Changes have to be done by email at least 60 days before the tour starts.
Refunds (when necessary) are transferred back to the owner’s bank account.
Cancellations will be done free of charge if it is claimed at least 60 days before the tour starts. If the cancellations will not be claimed in the mentioned period, MOTO TOURS & TRAININGS SRL reserves the right to withhold part of the deposit for any costs that may occur.
- Up to and including 60 days before the start of the tour: 30% of the tour price
- Up to and including 45 days before the start of the tour: 75 % of the tour price
- Up to and including 30 days before the start of the tour: 100 % of the tour price
In the event that the number of participants is less than 6, the participation of the assistance van remains at the latitude of the organizer.
- Miscellaneous
The participant is complied to respect the traffic rules and he is responsible for the tickets that may occur during the tour. If the participant is involved in any road accident caused or not caused by him and he can no longer continue the tour, Motorcycle Hub Rent & Tours is not responsible for this and no refunds will be made under these conditions. The participant will assume any possible road accident in which he may be involved and any possible damage resulting from the accident. Every participant needs a valid motorcycle license to take part in the tour. The participant is responsible for complying with passport and visa regulations and takes responsibility for consequences resulting from non-compliance.
A participant must be fully aware of the risks and dangers involved in outdoor activities like swimming, water rafting, rock climbing or any other activity potentially suggested as a supplementary activity to the tour and accepts full liability.
MOTO TOURS & TRAININGS SRL recommends that participants of the tour take out adequate travel, health and accident insurance.
MOTO TOURS & TRAININGS SRL attempts to schedule its tours at a time when the weather is suitable for motorcycling. Many tours pass through areas where weather conditions can change. MOTO TOURS & TRAININGS SRL is not responsible for difficult weather conditions and no refunds will be made for such conditions. - Privacy & Legal Policy
Your personal data may be used by MOTO TOURS & TRAININGS SRL for the confirmation of bookings or information by email, mail or other means of communication for further actions.
Your personal data may be sent to the competent authorities for the purpose of verifying commercial transactions, or other authorities for performing any verifications justified by the law.
The data supplied by clients are strictly confidential. MOTO TOURS & TRAININGS SRL undertakes not to supply these data to third parties or companies and to use them strictly for the business relation between the client and MOTO TOURS & TRAININGS SRL certifies that it will respect your rights. You have the right to request at any time to cease your personal data from our database or to stop sending promotional messages.
Any such request/ notification will be dated, signed and sent by the person registered in the database by email to the address of MOTO TOURS & TRAININGS SRL.
MOTO TOURS & TRAININGS SRL, will collect from you only the necessary information to answer at your requests, as name, country of residence and e-mail.
